The front desk fits on a key card
A guest arrives at 11pm to a queue of one. A code on the key card sleeve checks them in, joins the WiFi, and opens the room directory. When the restaurant hours change or the pool closes for cleaning, you update the page, not the print in 120 rooms.
- Mobile check-in and one-tap WiFi from the key card sleeve
- A room directory you edit centrally, not reprint per room
- Checkout and a review request placed at the right moment
One guest, five taps, one stay
Print one set of codes per property. Where each points is edited centrally, so the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant all keep the same source current.
11pm check-in
The key card sleeve code opens mobile check-in and joins the WiFi in one tap: no queue, no password read off a card.
The directory replaces the binder
Breakfast times, room service, TV help, housekeeping hours: one page you edit centrally instead of reprinting the folder in 120 rooms.
Concierge on the lift wall
A local guide the desk actually maintains: today's ferry times, the good coffee, the walk. Update it once and every lobby card is current.
Checkout & review
The folio and the back-of-door card carry the checkout code and, right after, the review link, asked when the stay went well, not at 11pm on arrival.
The codes a property runs on
Check-in & WiFi
Opens mobile check-in and joins the guest network without a typed password. One tap off the key card sleeve, so the late arrival isn't stuck at the desk.
Room directory
Breakfast, room service, facilities and house info behind one code, edited centrally, so a menu or an hours change reaches every room without a reprint.
Room service
Opens the in-room ordering page. Point it at your own system; the kitchen gets the order and the room number without a phone call missed at the pass.
Concierge / local guide
The desk's real recommendations, ferry times and maps on a page they keep current: the lift lobby card that's actually worth scanning.
Checkout & review
Express checkout, then the Google or booking-site review form. Placed on the folio and the back of the door, where a happy guest is on the way out.
One code per thing, named like the thing
Codes live on your own domain, so a guest sees your hotel, not a shortener. Name them by function and floor, generate the set in one go, and hand the print file to the signage supplier for every room and lobby at once.
Where it goes, how big, what breaks it
A check-in or WiFi code that collects guest details still needs a privacy notice on the form. Say who's collecting and why; that's a Privacy Act obligation, not a QRmory setting. Keep the printed fire and evacuation information required in each room exactly as your regulations demand; a code beside it is an addition, never a replacement. Check your local accommodation rules.
Champion — $39.99/mo
A single property fits in six codes, but a group with several sites, shared front-desk teams and per-floor signage needs the room. Champion's 200 dynamic codes, team sharing and multiple custom domains let each property run its own link while head office keeps one account. A single boutique hotel can start on Creator.
Hotels questions
The ones owners actually ask us before they print.
The late and self-directed ones will, and it clears the queue for everyone else. Keep the desk staffed: a code is a faster path for the guest who wants it, not a replacement for service.
